Austin, TX-based quartet Strange Lot has unveiled a trippy new single from their forthcoming self-titled LP (out August 14th). Eyes For Ya is an intense, washy blend of neo-psychedelia and post-punk, delivered in a fast-paced and surreal manner. The rattling, loud guitars, as if recorded in a cave, and pulsing rhythms feel like The Stooges went on a wild desert ride. The track creates a dark, nervous yet completely hypnotizing atmosphere, thanks in part to the reverb-drenched vocal sonority.
