NYC/Australian artist Lord Fascinator and German-Austrian producer Spiral Drive have unveiled the captivating first single from their upcoming collaborative LP “REISE.” “Auto” is a ‘70s autobahn krautrock-channeling, mind-moving audio trip. Starting with a hypnotizing piano loop, the track overgrows with many intriguing manipulations filtered through a psychedelic lens, while also featuring a laconic vocal part with spaceship echoes. At the 4 minute mark, the song takes on that cult motorik beat. A great discovery for fans of Kraftwerk and CAN, as well as Minami Deutsch and Camera.
