LA-based British producer/songwriter Phil Simmonds aka Navah Sea and Canadian artist Callum Maudsley aka MAUDSLEY released their fresh EP, stream its soulful title track. “Laugh About It” is an expressive, folky alt-pop tune imbued with nostalgic reflection and search for hope. The campfire-y acoustic guitar passages and synth pads, glaring on the horizon, unfold over the bass-rich rhythmic step. The lingering and sonorous singing is delivered with deep sincerity and catchy motifs.
