“Older Now” is based on finely textural indie folk, and its sound gradually expands into a binaural-scape impossible to take your ears off. The delicate, abundant vocal life, digitally charged in places, is accompanied by the sustained pastoral guitar line and light piano chords, resulting in a feeling of post-rain freshness. The sub-bass pressure generates a pleasant trampoline-like beat loop, while the sax delivery is full of balmy moments.
