The Portuguese experimental act demonstrates an inventive track from their debut EP “PT Malacca.”
“Grago” sounds like a damaged techno composition that’s been stitched back together, and the missing pieces were replaced with noise, industrial, tape music, drone, viscous hallucinations and flashbacks. As a result, this deconstructed club canvas feels as if you’re flying in psychedelic slow motion in a rescue helicopter through the night, smoke and ash, and below there’s a view of the apocalyptic city engulfed in fire. This colossal collage literally thrills with its visual appeal. Satha Lovek introduces the listener to their sound erudition in an unforgettable way.
