Wade Easy, an artist from Morgantown, WV, shared a new album, Honey Venom, listen to this trippy track off of it. Stung is a slice of psychedelic, gothic Americana, sounding as if it were made by The Telescopes or The Jesus and Mary Chain. The swamp-ish, bluesy guitar veil hovers over the slow, trance-inducing percussion. The vocals, processed through a rough, dusty filter, along with the existential lyrics, craft a tense nowhere-town-thriller atmosphere.
