New Jersey-based multi-instrumentalist Johnny Elsewhere unveiled a dreamy cut from the upcoming debut album. “Bathroom Mirror” is a comfy neo-psychedelic hypnagogia, as if taken from a futuristic, cross-dimensional garden-portal or embodying the most sedative version of Radiohead. The moderate, textural breakbeats move forward between the kaleidoscopic sonic walls. At the same time, the slowly drifting vocal has a muted radio effect, evoking a pleasant lullaby-like feeling dissolving you in space.
