Norwegian band Le Corbeau, led by Oystein Sandsdalen, returns with a cinematic new composition from their upcoming seventh album. In the foamy oceanic-bluesy guitar noir of “Burgundy Mist,” the band paints hypnotizing melodic landscapes. The rhythm section neatly emphasizes these soaring and quietly epic passages, also working towards a deep and piercing aftertaste.
