Dutch groove act Moodssupply, led by producer Mike Chandon, shared a new dance delight.
“You Don't Listen” is a sun-drenched cocktail nu-disco funkster-pop with an eye on acid jazz/Balearic music. The crystal synth pads, slick and brisk bassism, Nile Rodgers-fueled, juicy guitar cutting - Moodssupply nicely balances between smoothness and rhythm. On top of that, the honeyed, Sade-esque, contemporary r&b-tinged singing adds more pleasant sultry vibes to the track.
