The '90s alt scene-inspired track “Black Tunnel” is a grand, ringing pop-rocker, where the sound ranges from pearly pop textures to a loud embrace of emotions. The copious synth shine, boomy drums, and tantalizing guitars are directed towards the refined and invigorating vocal thrust, in which Edwards has put poetic lyrics.
