Experimental project Modus Pitch in the face of Leipzig-based musician and producer Friedrich Bruckner delivers the affecting ceremony from the debut LP “Polyism,” out on November 25.
“Hill Top Jacuzzi” is a fantastic embodiment of new age ambient. From the zero mark, accompanied by the forest-language-like beat and empyrean synths, this music begets a feeling of divine serenity, reminding of Michael Cretu’s ‘90s explorations. But if the first minute and a half is not enough, Bruckner then sends you from “Hill Top Jacuzzi” to “hill top sensory deprivation tank,” when the sound fills up with especially tranquil and spiritual oscillations reminding of Ariel Kalma's works. For the rest of the track, the deeply meditative, healing stream will carry you along with the soft bass touches and cosmic bassoon, guiding you to radiant answers.
