Elison, a music combo from Iowa's capital, comprised of singer Marissa Kephart and multi-instrumentalist Scott Yoshimura, have launched a stirring, tuneful introspection.
“Fruit Flies” is a terrific version of variable indie rock under the influence of the ‘90s and ‘00s alternative scene. The instrumental is fervent and commodious, flavored with darkened pastel, blustery harmonies.
