Stuttgart talents of experimental and psychedelic pop, Cindy Gravity, who released two great, but for some reason deprived of attention albums “
Gogogi” (2014) and “
Crooked” (2017), present their latest single, “Berry Bee.”
The valerian voice, beat-pendulum, yawning guitar, spreading lyrics, and the soft swaying of the keyboard waves immerse you into wonderful oblivion. It’s a serene, lulling and firming sound massage. This cutting-edge antidepressant-hop turns the whole world into one slow motion. And the sound of Cindy Gravity can be mistaken for Geoff Barrow who, somewhere in the midnight suburban diner, is remixing Mac DeMarco who covered Fishmans’ track. “Berry Bee” is at least an excellent component for creating an atmosphere.
