“The Message” is sturdy and bouncy horn-hop. The musical accompaniment comprises a super nimble beat and wind instruments’ loud accents. The confident, rhythmic MCing by featuring duo ShrapKnel captures the energy of Mid-school hip hop. In the second minute, there’s an excessive jazz saxophone attack, followed by a furious and dense drum solo. And the coda offers hot switches in the vein of RATM.
