“Cleo” is an intricate work where you will find the atmosphere of Western score-ish psychedelia in a dub motion. Cairo Moon's guitars captivate with fantasy images of desert mountains, while the rhythm section embodies an intoxicating wandering through them. Frankie Forman’s charming vocals fill the track with an expressive, melodic aura, reminiscent of Grace Slick and Johanna and Klara Soderberg in some places. And the lyrics capture the story of moving forward along a strange line between the past and the future.
