Get ready for a balmy dose of funk, nu jazz and neo-soul in the latest single of Dutch outfit Carbonara Collective and singer GINGE. The Afrobeats-touched and well-oiled rhythm motor does amazingly infectious work. The instrumental smoothly introduces winged saxophone licks and steamy keyboard layers with a lightly psychedelic Herbie Hancock feel. GINGE's vocal sounds incredibly saturated, and the melodic patterns flow enticingly from one to another with special magic.
