San Francisco outfit Bad Tiger has released an atmospheric song taken from their upcoming album “Bliss.”
“Second Sight” is a pensive alt-folk weaving. It probably feels like a collaboration between early Soko and late Darkside. Yasi Lowy’s smoothly melancholic, lingering voice filters though many introspective tunnels. At the same time, the instrumental has its own mesmerizing circulation. The guitar sticks to the rhythmic movement, while the varied, tropical-like percussion leans towards the melodic side.
