Illinois rap gladiator Johnny Gunnz has recently released a powerful continuation of his last year release, “Feed'm Gunn Powder.”
The track “Chapter 11” from the album, supported by comrade Dosage Hinojosa and producer Doc Da Mindbenda, is an unshakable parable-like message based on a solid recitative-concrete and a punching beat with the samples of the Danish trio The Lollipops’ track from 1966. This creation can please the fans of the Braunstein brothers. Both parts of “Feed'm Gunn Powder”, reissued as one on the Chicago DIY label Icy Palms Records, are available for pre-order in a limited edition of 25 cassettes.
