The band The Small Breed offers an interesting experience with their enticing track “Theory Of Mind” from the upcoming EP that is to be released on December 7. This original work will bring up a lot of pleasant nostalgic emotions among fans of the late '60s - early '70s music.

The song plunges us right away into a flowering psychedelic pot, accompanied by the words “Get your dose of heroism.” Adhering to the simple song structure, the band embodies the vividness and charm of this genre with the help of distinctive Oriental motifs and an entire orchestra that includes brass instruments and strings. The song “Theory Of Mind” is so rich that it simultaneously conveys the atmosphere of Pink Floyd during “The Piper at the Gates of Dawn,” balances it with soft Paul Simon-esque vocals, and moreover, at 1:18 and 3:03, melodically refers to “Starman” for true David Bowie fans. And it all ends with an incredibly accurate sound depiction of abrupt but trippy awakening.
